Terms of Service

3.1 Requirements

To use Dialed's filtering features, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain an active subscription (if required)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information if it changes.

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to Dialed's filtering features requires an active subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4.4 Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Use Dialed for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5.2 API Usage

You agree not to:

• Make excessive API requests beyond normal usage
• Attempt to access the API without authentication
• Use the API for purposes other than the Extension's intended functionality

6.1 Our Rights

Dialed, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., blacklisted channel preferences). By using Dialed, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Dialed may be used by us without obligation to you.

8.1 "As Is" Service

DIALED IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of classification results

8.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Classification results will be 100% accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• YouTube will not change in ways that affect functionality

8.3 YouTube Changes

YouTube may change its interface, API, or policies at any time. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by changes to YouTube.

9.1 No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunity
• Personal injury or property damage

9.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DIALED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.3 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential element of the agreement and that we would not provide the service without them.

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Uninstalling the Extension
• Cancelling your subscription
• Contacting us to delete your account

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use Dialed ends immediately
• We may delete your account data
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., limitations of liability) will remain in effect

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@usedialed.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dialed.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
