Is this the real Instagram?
Yes. Your account, your DMs, your people, your posts — all live. Dialed doesn't copy or rehost anything; it sits between you and Instagram and holds back what you asked it to.
What does Dialed do with my password?
Nothing. You sign in to Instagram's own page, inside the app, on your phone. The session stays on the device. We never see it and never store it.
Which iPhones does it work on?
Filtering runs on Apple Intelligence, so you need an iPhone that supports it, running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence switched on.
Does it slow my feed down?
Posts are read a screen ahead of you, so you scroll into a feed that's already been judged. If a verdict ever takes too long, the post is shown rather than held — Dialed fails toward showing you more, never toward a blank screen.
Can I turn the filter off?
Any time. Pause it for a moment, switch a section back on, or restore a single hidden post. Nothing is locked away from you.
What happened to the Chrome extension?
Dialed started as a YouTube filter for Chrome. The iPhone app is where the work is now.
